Vinayak Murudeshwar serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Forus Health, driving the company’s financial strategies and ensuring a strong foundation of controllership and compliance. With a focus on supporting business leaders, he fosters a high-performance culture that aligns financial objectives with business outcomes.

A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Vinayak brings extensive experience to his role. Before joining Forus Health in September 2018, he worked with HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd., a leader in oncology care, and gained valuable NBFC experience at India Finserve Advisors Private Ltd. (A True North Venture) and ACC Ltd.

Dr. Sreedhar Reddy leads Human Resources and Administrative Services at Forus Health, shaping the company’s people management strategies and driving organizational growth. He spearheaded the establishment of HR functions, policies, and processes, ensuring the company’s workforce is aligned with its goals.

His focus is on attracting and retaining top talent across research, design, and business, building a team that drives Forus Health’s mission to create a meaningful impact globally.

A former Indian Air Force personnel, Dr. Sreedhar brings over 20 years of industrial experience. He holds a postgraduate degree in public personnel management from Osmania University and has completed his PhD in management studies.

KMK Rajendran heads Forus Health’s business unit, driving domestic sales and overseeing the development of regional business units across India. He leads the expansion of sales and service teams nationwide, ensuring Forus Health’s sustained growth in the Indian market.

With expertise in sales and marketing strategy formulation, KMK manages the entire sales cycle within the healthcare domain. His leadership has resulted in the successful installation of more than 1,000 cameras across India, significantly enhancing access to healthcare.

KMK brings over 20 years of experience from roles at prominent companies such as Bayer Healthcare, Nicholas Piramal, and Boehringer Knoll. He holds a BSc degree from Kerala and continues to utilize his deep industry knowledge to drive the success of Forus Health in India.

Donny Thomas has been an integral part of Forus Health since joining in 2012, where he played a vital role in developing the company’s international sales program. In just four years, he successfully introduced the 3nethra range of products to more than 25 countries, contributing significantly to the company’s global expansion.

In 2016, Donny led the establishment of Forus Health’s US subsidiary, laying the foundation for the company’s presence in the North American market. His responsibilities span developing strategic business partnerships, launching new products, identifying and penetrating new markets, creating market-entry strategies, and building global distribution channels.

Donny holds a postgraduate degree in life sciences and an MBA from Durham University Business School (UK). With over 20 years of experience in product and business development, Donny continues to drive Forus Health’s growth and success in the United States.

R J Venkatramanan (RJV) leads the manufacturing operations at Forus Health, playing a key role in establishing the company’s manufacturing facility and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. His expertise spans the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to implementation, cost optimization, manufacturing, and launch.

With over 20 years of experience, RJV has successfully led multiple development teams across hardware, software, industrial design, and mechanical engineering. His exceptional leadership enables him to build, train, and guide highly efficient, cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives operational excellence.

Venkat drives technological advancements and product development at Forus Health. With over 30 years of experience across avionics, automation, digital broadcasting, semiconductors, medical devices, and cloud services, he has held key technical roles at Philips and NXP Semiconductor.

Venkat holds an M.Tech in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University. He holds four granted patents (with four more pending) and has multiple technical publications in international journals and conferences. With extensive experience in developing many first-of-their-kind initiatives over three decades, Venkat led the development of the world’s first affordable ophthalmic fundus camera, now installed in 3,000+ locations across 35+ countries.

Chandrasekhar K. leads Forus Health with a vision to redefine eye care by leveraging advanced technology and innovation. With extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors, he has spearheaded the development of groundbreaking solutions that empower eye care professionals worldwide Under his leadership, Forus Health has created an advanced technology platform that not only increases access to eye care but also tackles the global issue of preventable blindness, making a significant impact in addressing this critical health challenge.

A defining achievement in his journey is the introduction of ‘3nethra,’ a product that has transformed the retinal imaging market in India. This innovation has played a pivotal role in expanding early diagnosis and treatment capabilities in eye care across the country.
