Mr. Padmanabha Holla is a seasoned software professional holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mysore University. He is a certified Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Black Belt. He also holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from Project Management Institute. Mr. Holla started his career as a programmer for Knoxware, Bangalore in 1991. Since then, he has served PSI Data, Satyam, Acropetal and lengthy periods at State Street Bank (Boston, USA) and Philips Healthcare. Working as a Management Team member of Philips Healthcare, he established the company's Cardiovascular and Nuclear Medicine groups in Bangalore. In addition to delivering multiple versions of 3D Angiography application for the Cardiovascular group, he led a group of individuals to inculcate innovation in the organization. While managing the Xray Program, he also owned the project management process for the organization, played the role of a CMMI assessor and received various awards.

His hobbies are playing chess (mostly with his son), listening to self-help audio books, and keeping abreast of technology and philosophy on the web.
